I ordered a Wallbox11KW/h without a charging cable, which doesn't matter, from Daheim Laden.de, but I was a bit unsure, so I made a call, I REALLY have to say, very good advice, about the whole wallbox, especially for me as I can't speak English, German operating instructions, video instructions, everything very well described, I haven't used the wallbox yet, but that's because I can't get an electrician, although you could..........., all in all, I'm very satisfied again, keep it up, because I know that if I have any questions you'll be there for me just like you are for your other customers.

We bought the Touch Pro, after some initial difficulties with the app and the immediate help from the Daheimladen team, the problem was almost completely solved. The data is easy to process, the summary is also good. Hopefully this one small problem will be solved. The wallbox was ordered on January 16th, delivered on January 18th and was able to charge for the first time on January 20th.

Good product, super fast delivery, competent contact persons and top service. Highly recommended and would buy again :-)
